an experiment in relational aesthetics for independent london-based creatives
Independent creatives have an edge, but carry a huge burden
We have to be our own company
Not just the business kind of company, with its end-to-end systems of departments, roles, processes and profits
but – crucially – the other kind of company, too
the ecosystem of friends, mentors, collaborators, and confidants that give us mojo and fan our flame
the company project is an experiment in relational aesthetics that poses two questions
How might independent creatives self-organise to share tools, experiences, and resources to flourish?
And what if that path was rooted in play, creativity, and connection?
Our aim is to create the company that freelancers, solopreneurs, and small business owners need
a social-first, values-aligned circle of excellent humans
a place to belong, to be seen, and to grow
The project is for London-based freelancers, independents, 'solopreneurs', and small-business owners with a creative practice
